Petite Waffle Cakes

 

Sometimes you just want to make it a special occasion.  Birthdays, anniversaries, whatever the reason, it’s easy to dress up Mountain Waffle Co. waffles into delicious, mini cakes for a party.  Heat up you favorite waffles and cut them into small squares. Then just a dollop of whipped cream with various toppings – nuts, cherries, chocolate chips, fruit slices…the list never ends.  Neither do the smiles they bring.
